Whistleblowing

Through the ethics channel in Ackcent we intend to ensure that any employee or collaborator who knows about an action or omission with potential infringement character, can report it without any fear of retaliation as a result of such report.

In this sense, Ackcent recognizes the crucial role played by whistleblowers in the detection and prevention of irregular behavior in the corporate environment, establishing an internal legal framework based on Law 2/2023 for their protection, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability in which all members of the organization, as well as collaborators, feel safe and communicate any suspicion or evidence they may have obtained.
