1. What is a cookie?

A cookie and/or similar technologies are files that store and recover information while you browse. Those technologies are commonly used for very different purposes, such as identifying you as a user, obtaining information about your browsing habits or customizing the way the content is displayed. 2. What type of cookies do we use?

Depending on the entity, purpose or period of time while the data obtained through the cookies is processed, this website may use:

  • First party Cookies: sent to user’s device from a computer or domain managed by the website owner which provides the service requested by the user.
  • Third-party Cookies: sent to user’s device from a computer or domain that is not managed by the website owner but another entity that processes the data obtained from the cookies.

  • Technical Cookies: They allow users to navigate through the website and use the different options and services available, such as by controlling traffic and data communication, managing the purchase purpose of an order or implementing security features while browsing.
  • Personalization Cookies: They enable storing user information so that they can access the service with certain caracteristics that may differentiate their experience from other users, such as language settings, the number of results displayed as they perform a search, specific service appearance or content based on the type of browser from which the service is accessed or regional settings for the place from which the service is accessed.
  • Analytical Cookies: They allow tracking and inspecting user behavior on websites. The information collected by this type of cookies is used for measuring activity on websites, applications or platforms and for compiling user navigation profiles in order to introduce service improvements based on usage data.
  • Marketing Cookies: they allow the effective management of advertising spaces on service provider’s website. They allow ads to be tailored to what is relevant to the user and avoid displaying repeated ads.
